Recognizing teachers who go above and beyond

Lincoln Maine Federal Credit Union’s Educator Impact Scholarship celebrates outstanding educators who inspire learning, support their students, and make a meaningful difference in their school community.

What’s Awarded

$250 to the educator + $250 to their school
Plus a Certificate of Recognition and Public recognition from LMFCU.

Who’s Eligible

PreK–12 classroom teachers (all subjects)

To be eligible, nominees must have hosted or be scheduled to host at least one in-class financial education session with LMFCU or be participating in the My Linc Possibilities Program.

Students (with adult assistance where age appropriate)
Community members

Nominees Will Demonstrate

A commitment to going above and beyond for students
Creativity and passion for teaching
A positive impact within their school community

Nominations for the 2026-2027 school year are now open and can be submitted by using the form below. Nominations will be accepted until:

Educator Impact Scholarship Nomination Form

The Educator Impact Scholarship recognizes exceptional PreK-12 educators who have participated in Lincoln Maine Federal Credit Union’s My Linc Possibilities School Program. Nominations are reviewed based on impact, commitment to students, and alignment with the program’s goals. Please provide specific examples in your nomination. All submissions are reviewed by an LMFCU selection committee.
